Our Sessions

  • Report Card

Each Get Moving! session starts with your child answering a few questions about their day and general mood.

    This includes:
    - Energy levels and how they’re feeling
    - What they’ve eaten or drunk recently
    - Any physical pains or ailments

This information helps our Coaches tailor the day’s sessions for optimal results.

As Parents, you’ll be able to receive a monthly Report Card with an assessment from our Coaches - helping you keep up with your child’s progress.

  • Plan & Warm-up

Education is at the core of all Get Moving! sessions. Coaches always explain the plan for the day to give your child a better understanding of the flow of activities.

Warm-ups start with Guided Breathwork and are a practice your child will hone throughout the program. We follow with dynamic stretches and mobility exercises. Then focus on specific movement to increase blood flow and create tension in the body for the session work ahead.

  • Skill of the Day (SOTD)

Each session includes a functional training portion focused on specific movements, muscle groups, or exercise modalities.

    Mobility & Stability
    Strength & Balance
    Coordination & Speed
    Endurance

These skill sets are essential to our programs and support your child in learning how to move their body in the right ways.

  • Game of the Day (GOTD)

Game of the Day ensures your child will increase the impact of specific SOTD work while having fun.

    Soccer, Flag Football, Ultimate Frisbee
Softball, Jump - Run & Catch variations, Crab Soccer, Relay, Endurance & Coordination Courses, and more.

This helps build a bridge in learning proper movements and enhancing performance during other activities (including league sports, hobbies, leisure, etc.).

We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.
