A great place to start your child’s fitness journey

4 weeks, 8* sessions, 90 mins each

After the initial Packs, we're open to a la carte sessions/custom Packs to keep the momentum going.

If your child plays a specific sport, we'll tailor programming to support their needs and skill level.

CRITICAL THINKING.

Each session will prompt your kid physically and mentally - on their own or in a small group.

EXERCISE & MOVEMENT.

60 minutes per day is the minimum amount of physical activity for kids age 6 and older.
