GO PODS

  • Our coaches bring elements of 1-on-1 personal training and group class environment into one fold. With PODS your kids, their friends, neighbors and classmates can get personalized fitness coaching and development while building strong team bonds and growing their confidence.

  • PODS is a dynamic small group format for your kids and their friends.
    - Choose session length (60 or 90 min)
    - How many times per week (1, 2 or 3)
    - Best day(s) and time(s) of the week for your POD

    Summer Camp PODS is a 3-6 week program consisting of 3-5 days per week with session times ranging from 2-5 hrs. Your POD chooses whats best and we provide the rest.

    Hosting can be done at one of the POD members residence or a neighborhood park.
