Over the course of 8 weeks your child will work to realize their true potential.

Each week we will break down parts of the course and train specific skills and movements in order to get better, faster & stronger.

  • We always start with a dynamic warm-up to wake the body up, build up energy, and put our focus on moving intentionally.

  • Then we practice and build on skills necessary to move with accuracy and efficiency.

  • We use sports & games as a way to put our skills to the test and see our progress. And because it’s FUN to PLAY!
