I bought a session pack, how can I schedule my sessions? 

Sessions can be scheduled 12hrs prior to their starting time. For best results please schedule your sessions through our scheduling app (Acuity Scheduling) or on our web interface (Scheduling). Use the certificate code you received in your confirmation email to redeem.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel a session? 

Sessions can be canceled and/or rescheduled anytime prior to 24hrs before the session is scheduled to begin. Sessions that are NOT rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the session (unless you have a “Make-up session” available in your inventory).

How can I use a Make-Up Session if I missed one of my sessions? 

Make-up sessions can be scheduled via email or text (213-986-7180) and must be scheduled during the weeks your program is running (4, 8, or 12 weeks from the time of the first scheduled session). Make-up sessions do not roll over.

What happens if I’m running late for my session? 

Clients arriving late (30 minutes or less) will receive the remaining scheduled session time unless other arrangements have been previously made with the coach.

Arriving more than 30 minutes after the scheduled session time can result in forfeiture of the session unless other arrangements have been previously made with the coach.

When do I pick up my child if they’re training at the park? 

For the safety of your child(ren), sessions taking place in, public venues such as parks & recreational facilities, require parents to be onsite at the time the session is scheduled to end.

Get Moving! Kids Fitness Coaches cannot watch kids after the end of a session as they may have another session to get to. To ask about other arrangements, please email us.

Do the session packs expire? 

Yes. The expiration policy requires the completion of all training sessions within 120 days from the date of purchase. Training sessions are considered forfeited after this time period unless other arrangements have been made with Get Moving! Kids Fitness.

How can I get a refund? 

You have 7 calendar days, starting from the date of purchase, to request a refund. You must give written notice (emailed to: getmovingkidsfitness@gmail.com) within the 7 day period, which includes the purchase date itself. Once your notice has been received your refund will be issued within 30 calendar days minus any sessions used, at the cost of a one-hour price of $120 per hour, and any fees incurred for the transactions. No refunds will be issued after the 7 day period has ended for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
